Terms of Use & Community Guidelines

Last updated: June 2026

HiBlik is an intentions community where people post what they need, offer what they know, and talk through real opportunities. By accessing or using HiBlik, you agree to these Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. What HiBlik is

HiBlik is not a catalog of listings or a traditional classifieds board.

It is a place to:

  • Share an intention (something you are seeking or offering).
  • Join conversations with useful, respectful contributions.
  • Discover relevant community activity, resources, and opportunities.

Conversation comes before transaction. Human context comes before deals.

2. Your account

To post, reply, or manage your activity, you need an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate profile information.
  • Keep access to your account secure.
  • Use HiBlik only for yourself (do not impersonate others).
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account.

You must be old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction. If you use HiBlik on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Signals and conversations

A Signal is a post that expresses an intention (for example, seeking help or offering knowledge, resources, or opportunities).

When you publish a Signal, you agree that:

  • Your title and description are honest and relevant.
  • You will update or resolve your Signal when the situation changes.
  • You understand other members may respond publicly or privately (see below).

HiBlik may show activity metrics (responses, momentum, community pulse) to reflect engagement. These are informational, not guarantees of outcomes.

4. Public and private responses

HiBlik supports two types of responses:

Public responses

Visible to participants in the conversation. Intended for recommendations, shared knowledge, and open discussion.

Private responses

Sent to the author of the Signal only. Other members may see that a private response exists, but not its full content. Only the author can read private messages in their dashboard inbox.

By sending a private response, you agree that:

  • You are sharing information directly with the Signal author.
  • You will not use private responses for spam, harassment, or unsolicited mass outreach.
  • You understand the author may follow up with you through means you provide in that message.

By receiving responses, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for how you use information shared with you.
  • You will not republish private messages without permission from the sender.

Do not share personal contact details, financial information, or other sensitive data unless you accept the risk of that disclosure.

5. Email notifications

HiBlik may send email notifications related to your activity—for example, when your Signal receives a response.

At this time, notification emails for responses are sent to the author of the Signal, not to every participant in a thread.

You are responsible for keeping your account email current. Email delivery depends on third-party services and is not guaranteed.

6. Acceptable use

You may use HiBlik to seek help, offer help, share discoveries, and participate constructively in conversations.

You may not use HiBlik to:

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others.
  • Post hate speech or content that incites harm.
  • Publish spam, repetitive promotions, or misleading content.
  • Commit fraud, scams, or intentional misrepresentation.
  • Solicit or facilitate illegal activity.
  • Violate another person's privacy or intellectual property.
  • Scrape, automate, or attempt to bypass platform limits or moderation.
  • Collect or misuse personal data from other users.

Content that violates these rules may be removed without notice.

7. Opportunities, trust, and your judgment

HiBlik does not verify every Signal, response, recommendation, job lead, or opportunity shared by users.

We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of user content.
  • That any opportunity will result in payment, employment, or an agreement.
  • The identity, qualifications, or intentions of any member.

Use your own judgment before entering agreements, making payments, meeting offline, or sharing personal information. HiBlik is a conversation layer—not a broker, employer, escrow, or guarantor.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting on HiBlik, you grant HiBlik a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service (including showing public responses and response counts).

You confirm you have the right to share what you post and that your content does not violate these terms or applicable law.

9. Moderation and enforcement

To protect conversation quality and participant safety, HiBlik may:

  • Remove or limit visibility of content.
  • Restrict features or suspend accounts.
  • Decline to host specific material.

Moderation decisions are made in good faith to uphold these guidelines. We are not obligated to monitor all content in advance.

10. Service availability and changes

HiBlik may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

The platform is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiBlik and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, user content, offline interactions, or reliance on any opportunity shared by members.

Your use of HiBlik is at your own risk.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms or reports of abuse may be directed through the contact channels published on HiBlik.

Our goal

Help others. Be respectful. Contribute something useful.

HiBlik works when people share real intentions, protect each other's trust, and treat opportunities—and the conversations around them—with care.
